In Curtis v Cellco Partners (4/10), the Court held that claims under the Consumer Fraud Act fall within the scope of the arbitration clause even if the agreement does not included a specific waiver of statutory claims.  Thus, parties entering into arbitration should assume that for practical purposes the decision cannot be appealed nor will the parties be allowed to litigate other claims separately.
